What are the mall's opening hours?

We're open Monday–Wednesday 10 am–9 pm, Thursday–Friday 10 am–10 pm, Saturday 9 am–10 pm, and Sunday 11 am–7 pm. Individual store and restaurant hours may vary — check each store's page for details. Holiday hours are posted on our News page each season.

How much does parking cost?

Parking is free in the large lot on the east side of the mall. On-street parking is limited to two hours.

Is the mall wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Entrances, washrooms, and dining areas are accessible. Wheelchairs are available at Familiprix.

Where can I buy a PCVA gift card?

Gift cards are available at Guest Services, at any smart kiosk, or online. They're accepted at all 23+ stores and restaurants, never expire, and come with complimentary gift packaging.

Do you have nursing rooms or strollers?

There is no nursing area and no strollers. Changing tables only, in the men's and women's washrooms.

How do I report a lost item?

Visit Guest Services or call +1 (819) 727-9411. Found items are logged and held securely for 60 days. We recommend reporting lost items as soon as possible with a description and the approximate time and location.

Dogs are allowed at La Patte d'Or pet store only. Please use the pet store's exterior entrance.

Place Centre-ville d'Amos is at 82, 1re Avenue Est in downtown Amos, easily reached from Route 111. Parking is free in the large lot on the east side of the mall.
